  • Sausages - cook separate - set aside big chunks

  • Chicken broth at end 
  • White wine 
  • Garlic whole chunks 
  • Onions shallots 
  • Parsley 
  • Sauté everything 
  • Add wine  first simmer
  • Then broth at end and butter
