1 Marinate Jerky for 24 hours

• 1 cup red wine
• 1 cup soy sauce
• a few dashes of hot sauce
• salt
• pepper

2 Smoke at 150 until done

Smoke for at least 3 hours, then cook until the desired texture is reached.
