Creamy sausage spinach soup

Ingredients
- pork-sausage
- heavy-whipping-cream
- chicken-broth
- salt
- pepper
- spinach
- garlic
- onion
1 Brown Sausage
In a large sauce pot, brown the sausage.
2 Deglaze pan
Add in Garlic and onion and cook until transparent. De-glaze pan with chicken stock, then add in heavy cream and salt and pepper to taste.
3 Top with spinach and serve!
